Negative Stars if Possible - Anonymous employee Focus School Software Employee Review

Dear Anonymous Employee, I find it troubling to read your negative review. At Focus School Software we hold the opinion of our staff very highly. This is one of the reasons that we hold semi monthly community meetings and publish Executive Management reviews for staff to give their feedback anonymously. These are both opportunities to share your feelings with the management team and fellow team members. I personally have an open door policy, and am always happy to discuss any situation that is making you uncomfortable in your job. It is a company belief that if you spend 40 + hours a week doing something that you should be happy. If you are not for any reason, I would love to help. As far as being unethical, I find that shocking. We have a very close relationship with our clients, which include several User Group meetings through out the year, where we take our customers direct feedback and implement it into our new releases.
