Pros
I've been at Flying Cork for a few months now, and in that time I've done an array of tasks across the Digital Marketing spectrum.
From content creation (my expertise) to business development, I've been given the opportunity to try as many different fields within the company as I'd like, and have been encouraged to find my niche by the president of the company.
The staff is great, very friendly and super inviting. My first few days were very nervewracking, but my coworkers made me feel welcome and I have now done the same for new hires. I couldn't ask for a better environment.
It's small enough that my boss knows my name, as do all of my coworkers. I'm not just some nameless worker bee.
The type of work done is for all kinds of clients, who are as colorful as they are great to work with.
Overall, it's a great company that's growing its business - and for good reason. It's got hard workers and a team that works well together.
Cons
As a small company, you can imagine that it's fairly understaffed. The clientele is currently being built faster than workers can be hired.
While this is good, it does leave a lot of work to be put on the staff.
