The company has good work / life balance. All in all people are nice and good to work with, culture & atmosphere are nice too.

Senior management is very arrogant, manager are not professional, a lot of office politics.
Project seemed stuck.
very limited career opportunities.
hard work is not acknowledged, and there is no bonus plan or compensation.
I wouldn't recommend my friends to work there.
