      A great place to work with great people. There is strong focus on collaboration and the business has some ambitious growth ideas which is very exciting to be a part of.

      Cons

      Some challenges with transition to a remote first culture but there are some great initiatives in place to tackle that.

      Pros

      Post covid we have got WFH which really help us to work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary Structure is imbalanced. Due to Salary many employees have resigned and also, we have less positions for career growth.
