Pros
A young, very talented group of employees with a lot of drive. It's a great place to get your feet wet if you have no industry experience and are okay with being severely underpaid and overworked. A good launching point because you get exposed to a lot in a very short amount of time and are expected to excel without support or instruction.
Cons
Complete disorganization and mismanagement from the top. You will be micro-managed. Nothing you do will be appreciated, especially if you're in the creative department. In the company of only 30 people, the amount of turnover is nearly 20 percent every 6 months. They will chew you up and spit you out. There is a reason why the staff stays so young: No one sticks around. Unless no one else will hire you, stay away. Nearly the entire company is miserable due to upper management.
