      Pros

      Great atmosphere with colleagues, lots of investment in trainings and development of people, very good work-life balance, attractive remuneration package. And overall, Fluxys is an ambitious company, facing interesting challenges in the future in terms of energy transition

      Salary is a plus. They have money.

      Cons

      - Lack of respect for people. In 3 months, I saw 3 people getting burnouts. Everyone looks nice, but it's a big trap. You don't know what are you developing for and there is zero expectation management and support. very toxic leadership and worst HR support I've ever faced in a company.
