* Great culture - the company really cares about its people, manager asks to check work/life balance is good, whenever overloaded manager tries to hep rebalance work
* Interesting projects - projects spanning from startups to large companies and cross different industries, right now many AI projects
Cons
Although it's great to work remotely, would be nice to connect with people more often in-person
