      Pros

      I have been in the pool industry for almost 40 years and have exposure and dealings with a wide variety of companies. Zodiac, while not the largest of the Top 3, is certainly the best. From our CEO all the way down to our service people and customer service, the culture is the best. We consistently strive to deliver top quality products, and keep our customers satisfied and loyal through support. The working conditions are top notch and i highly recommend Zodiac to anyone seeking employment in the swimming pool industry.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
