Pros

There are a few good people left, but most have jumped ship, easily the worst job I have ever had.

Cons

- Pay rises are non-existent or tiny. - Morale has been dismal for a couple of years now, It just feels like you're on a slowly sinking ship. - People are often fired, made redundant or forced out. - Staff resignations are very common, often multiple at a time. - Severe lack of skills and lack of knowledge as a result of staff continuously leaving the company. - Pretty much every major decision made by the upper management team has made the company function worse as a business or made morale worse. - The managers won’t take responsibility for their mistakes, they will just blame all the problems on whoever resigned recently. - The managers pretend to listen to you, but you may as well be speaking to a brick wall as they don't care for what you have to say. - Clients are always leaving due to poor quality service as a result of the managements decisions and cost cuttings. TLDR: Terrible upper management. Avoid like the plague.

Pros

FluidOne is one of those rare companies where culture, leadership, and opportunity all align. The business has grown fast, but it’s never lost its personal touch, everyone, from the CEO down, is approachable and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. There’s a real focus on teamwork and collaboration, with people across departments always willing to help each other. The company invests heavily in its people too, through structured development, training opportunities, and support for certifications. It’s a great environment if you’re ambitious and want to keep learning. Management is transparent, communication is strong, and ideas are actually listened to. You’re encouraged to speak up, take ownership, and try new things. That trust makes a big difference day to day. The hybrid working setup is well balanced, and the offices have a great atmosphere, professional but relaxed. You feel part of a modern, forward-thinking MSP that’s genuinely leading in connectivity, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Cons

Fast growth means things change quickly, but if you like variety, that’s a plus!
