During the 4 years since you left, FluentStream has completely transformed from a bootstrapped start-up to a professional, high-growth company with a reputation for taking care of its employees and customers. The prior leader(s) you reference are no longer with us. - New technology, culture and process including standards for code reviews, completion, documentation, maintenance and security. - New compensation and benefits packages that are nationally-competitive. - Increased focus on diversity and inclusion. Today nearly half our workforce and senior leadership are women. - Fully-remote workforce, with employees all over the U.S. In no way does our evolution excuse the negative experiences you had during your time with FluentStream 4 years ago, but we hope our response helps current and prospective Streamers understand what FluentStream is like today.
