The students were great and eager to learn. However, Marga Goranova the owner, told me several times to not correct them. The students all gave feedback that they SUPER appreciated my corrections - yet Marga still instructed me to not really give them many corrections/ or any corrections - to just let them speak (incorrectly) How would they learn ?

Marga is extremely unorganized and unprofessional and then wants to project that onto teachers. She hired my for convo classes and stated that she uses different teachers for book lessons. She then wanted me to teach both. After experienced more and more unprofessionalism from her ( sending wrong materials, then deciding to give me access to the teaching platform 5 minutes before the class, getting days and times mixed up, sending a crazy amount of emails (from 2 different accounts), and whatsapp messages that are all unorganized and saying different things regarding only 3 classes. Then after all of her miscommunications, unorganization, and unprofessionalism she asked me if I had a problem with memory. The biggest clencher is she finally paid me after being a week late with the payment and messaging me 10 times to get more information that she needed to send the money ( even though she repeatedly bragged for some reason about how she sends money all the time -must be her memory- ) . The Global66 method of payment that she used charged a $34 fee that she took out of my payment. She thinks she needs to micromanage teachers continuously ie: record all of your classes and give really nonsense feedback like " don't give the students corrections"
