      Young team and inviting environment for new hires, collaboration is encouraged, on-site responsibility allow for independent work, good exposure to equipment in the field and trouble shooting

      Cons

      Lower pay than competitors, can be troublesome to work with other Flowserve divisions to accomplish something for the customer
