What truly stands out is how empathetic and supportive they are as leaders. They always had my back, and they could tell when I was having an off day — I still remember being told to take a walk and clear my head. Who does that these days? That level of care and understanding is rare... The company also offers great benefits and incentives, and the team culture is second to none. Nothing at all, this company is low, LOW..

Don’t be fooled by these fake reviews—they ask employees to leave positive ones. The reality is, this place is a nightmare. The CEO acts like he's invincible and that he's the best at everything, when in reality, that couldn't be further from the truth, and no one has the guts to tell him otherwise. Working here will suck the life out of you. You'll feel mentally drained and burnt out, dreading every Friday because you know Monday's coming and the same misery starts all over again. The micromanagement is suffocating. You're constantly blamed for things, and it feels like you’re stuck in a never-ending nightmare that makes you question if it's real or just some sick joke. The micromanagement gets so bad, you’ll lose sleep. This company is a textbook example of what a toxic work environment looks like. In Skopje, it’s all about this person who thinks he runs the show, an outright manipulative, sociopathic nightmare who pulls the strings in the C-suite like a puppet master, and they are too incompetent to figure him out because he controls every narrative. This place redefines toxicity.
