Pros
Good benefits, free breakfast and lunches. Environment beneficial for self-starters who wants good broad exposure to the world of electronic market making.
Cons
Quality of management have deteriorated over the years with lack of foresight in business strategy resulting in some real bad decisions and bad publicity in the press. Compensation is lagging behind the market especially with the current inflationary pressure and both management / HR are adamant on any changes. There is probably due to the lack of experience and ignorance of the labour market.
