      Some staff are great to work with. Students are great

      Cons

      Leadership is non-existent. You try to talk about issues and you're either removed from the University for speaking up, or treated with little to no respect. There are a lot of people who work there with little knowledge of how specific areas should function.

      Pros

      A lot of fast moving parts to the university and rewards those who thrive in that environment. Because of the small atmosphere of the campus, you really do get to know your coworkers pretty well and have great working relationships with them.

      Cons

      Due to this fast movement, some people within the system feel rudderless and without a clear direction
