Very friendly place to work. The owner is a very nice and humble man and the top managers are always friendly and outgoing. Business casual and good vacation benefits especially as you get more seniority.

You will need training on the system and products, but I guess that would be true most places.
Mon-Fri hours, relatively easy work once trained and more knowledgeable.

Poor amount of paid holidays and vacation days. Must work 8 plus years to get any additional time off from what you get at start. Management is not very understanding if you even go over 1 day of paid time off. They write you up right away. Doesn't matter why, even if you were sick as a dog with a doctor's note.
