Pros
Starting at Flockjay I did not know what to expect, or that I would learn much. I was incredibly blown away by how much I learned from the amazing trainers and staff. I also got to meet top performing AE's, SDR's, CEO's, and other leaders within the tech sphere. I walked away knowing how to: -Work Inbound (Warm) Leads -Conduct Outbound (Cold) Cadences -Professionally communicate via phone, and how to really leave a voicemail -Write professional emails -Create buyer personas to penetrate target accounts -Schedule meetings with a purpose -Use Salesloft -Use Salesforce -Use calendly, Zoom, Workramp, and Google Suite I also got killer insights on creating a professional LinkedIn, building a strong resume, and how to interview (with the recruiter, hiring manager, and the VP/decision maker). As if that wasn't enough, I developed bonds with my classmates that far exceeded those I have had in other jobs or at university.
Cons
This is a HARD program because you HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF to get out of your comfort zone. You have to be dedicated to showing up, contributing to the group projects, and to working independently on homework. The results are so worth it. They introduce you to at least 3 companies they are partnered with, so you have a warm introduction for interviewing. They ALSO offer you ongoing support beyond class if you apply for jobs outside of their network. I would 10/10 do the class again, and highly recommend it for anyone that is seeking to develop networking and sales skills.
