Pros
Good people, great work. Fun. Great benefits (like dental, healthcare, 7% pension, season ticket loan, birthday off and £1000 for training & well being each year - even gym membership too, and more). Our office is on Regent Street in London and the client names we work with are fantastic. We have a good social time and work / life balance too - we can work from home when needed, and have more flexible working hours. We work hard and get the chance to present on the projects we are working on, I can get involved with things I've not done before too. I have the chance to do my job really well and am accountable for my work - I am trusted to do my job. We work with some brilliant people and very big name clients. We also do some fun things too (Flock Fun) so the team work is really good in the office and outside.
Cons
We could be better at communication in house and more structured development plans are needed but these are being worked on now, so people have the chance to grow, and not leave us
