Pros

None as such, but just to write there are a few people who care about you being a human. They are also set to leave

Cons

There a lot but i will start with a few : 1. Coffee is only for the founders 2. They say its an open door policy but is not trust me 3. Tremendous amount of office politics 4. They dont pay their vendors and have been doing this since the start. You would find some one or the other sitting at the office gate to collect their payment which has been pending since years. Many convert into a massive fight as well. 5. They dont have any intention of paying, but finally under pressure when they have to pay, they do final settlement of atleast 50% less. The distressed vendors have no option but to agree to it. 6. Same is done with their employees. They treat them like animals especially at the junior level. There have been instances where the founder himself have told his "favorite" employees about the status/cast of other junior employees. 7. You come in 5 min late, your salary is deducted. You leave 5 min early your salary is deducted. You take a leave your salary is deducted. You dont perform well in a random month, you salary is deducted. Every threat is with respect to salaries. I can go on and on, but i hope these would help you to make a decision. Oh yes one more thing they are not at all truthful to their client.

Pros

Good for Indians looking to work in US. Be very careful of exploitation.

Cons

Horrible for any real professional and they pay employees late on purpose. Everything is a scam and founder run. They are just trying to sell company. Know nothing about the business they are in.

Pros

Competitive base salary for the industry and position. The business has a future if it can fix its operational capabilities.

Cons

Little to no commissions, management did not care about employee well-being. No benefits. Some employees had to work night and day.
