the company has no set standards for employment. The organization works on word-of-mouth promises. The HR Vaishali Singh is one of the most underskilled employees I found in my whole career. Vaishali is the only employee in the HR department and suddenly gets promoted to no team. The salaries are heavily delayed with no proper communication. The CEO and the upper management of the company have never revealed their true identity with the employment size of less than 20 employees. There are no direct or indirect benefits from the company. Not even the Health insurance. The company is completely administered and operated by DataTrained Educations Pvt Ltd. There is no proper management. Poor working life balance.
