1. Ridiculous job titles are used that make no sense in the industry- and several ‘heads of’ the same role exist
2. Onboarding/adjustment to new environment is very rushed neither without the necessary time, nor basic equipment to do your job provided
3. Fake reviews by management only exist on this site so far, so distinct lack ethical ( and many other examples that will become obvious if you decide to join )
4. The trademarked logo of the Canadiens is frequently used on company propaganda to attract new employees
5. Operational IAM a joke – non existent on some systems – and if you say anything about it, even if it’s on your job description/industry standards, a reprisal will follow at a later date like a ticking time bomb by executives who seems to be always scrambling or in a panic. Nepotism or outright irresponsibly protects the incompetent
6. Two out of three owners are dishonest, so you have to somehow find solid footing when they put you thru the accelerated onboarding process, yet won’t honour what they agreed to afterwards if you don’t satisfy their lowest common denominator experience
7. If you are a certified professional, stay away, or be prepared to accept a ‘hack job only’ approach that throws process and risk management out the window
