Pros
Great team members. Majority of team members are insightful and friendly.
Cons
Where to begin...the majority of staff are burnt out and work at least 12 hour days every day. Everyone is miserable. Upper management shows no leadership ability and uses fear tactics to keep people in line. There has been significant turnover over the last couple of years and resources are often not replaced. Work is simply redistributed to existing team members who are already at the end of their rope. Management expects staff to constantly absorb new work/work of former employees who are not replaced. You can only survive here if you have miraculous time management. Everything is critical or urgent. Cries for help are addressed with comparisons of other's overtime and burnout.
