Pros

Great pay. Travel across the country. Travel expenses are paid by the companies you are sent to. Travel to Flextech's annual meeting in a nice location. The staff in the corporate office was easy to work with and pleasant.

Cons

Cons: • No clarity with what your job is: Flextech sends you to companies and you just float around until you find something to work on. • No stability: You can be let go by the company Flextech sends you to at any time with no explanation to you, as to why. They told Flextech, but not you in your face. So then you either sit on the bench waiting around for another contract job or you get let go by Flextech. • Hostile environments: You are sent to companies with hostile environments, employees, and leadership. Since the company is usually switching over systems, contractors who are familiar with the newer system are seen as a threat to employee’s jobs. The employees will withhold information, ignore you, or treat you like you are scum. • Difficult coworkers: Consultants within Flextech and from other companies can be difficult to work with also, they may be working on the same project, but trying to elbow you out of the project (s).

Pros

The company and its staff are easy to work through. Payroll and mileage submission was easy.

Cons

Flextechs bids low for the jobs the try and win contracts for. Ergo they don't always attract skilled candidates with the pay range to attract premium employees.
