Pros
Working at Flexport was amazing. At every point, I felt like I was working with the smartest people I'd ever met. And we were all rowing in one direction to make global trade simpler. Global trade is a fascinating industry, with a lot of depth and complexity. That makes the work at Flexport challenging. But the challenge was the point for me, and I found solving problems for Flexport to be deeply fulfilling. We worked hard, made an impact for our customers, and grew like crazy. It was awesome.
Cons
If you're not excited about working hard, it's probably not a great place to be. The industry is 24/7 and heavily affected by world events. That means there's some real intensity!
