-you will be worked to death with 0 recognition whatsoever, no matter how hard you work, your bonus will be the exact same as a co worker who is online 3 hours a day. -So little accountability, all the managers are new and have no idea what you are doing day to day or how to do it -the managers are all men- if you are a female, steer clear, there is 0 room for growth for you here, favoritism runs rampant. -the pay is so incredibly low for the 50-60 hours a week you work, the entire company thinks the operations team is a joke and looks down on you -promotions take about 1.5-2years minimum and anyone at the company in ops over 2 years is a unicorn- turnover is SO HIGH!!! -this is NOT a tech company, this is no better than any other logistics job, employees could not be valued less here
