Some "old" methods of doing things stick around for a while. Upper management won't know your concerns. Under the IT department, who also don't really get your industry. Market Rate pay Average Benefits During refinancing and valuation concerns (the company is private-equity-company owned), the company tightens belts and any salary or budgeting concerns will be waved away.
