1. No vision and mission. 2. No motivation from the management. It's a fraud company having operations in India. 3. The CEO is the worst man I have ever seen in my entire life. 4. No hr policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. 5. Founder is mannerless. 6.no one has any views on what they are working on. 7. They consider anyone as a "RESOURCE" that can be switched out. 8. So unless u r a robot stay away. 9. Now notice period is 2 months.. :( Anyone can write still more but let it be. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.
