Pros
The techstack is very broad so there are lots of technical skills to be gained. Good amount of autonomy and crossover into other parts of the business
Cons
Some important parts of the tech has been neglected and accrued issues that frustrate day-to-day operations. Not much communication or concerted efforts between regions or senior levels to improve long standing issues. Meaningful documentation outside of certain teams is rare. Lots of basic issues that should be ironed out.
