Pros
- Many recent efforts to keeps employees "in the know" about what is going on around the company (Covid protocols, Office design plans, product trajectories) -Flat organization- people in high-level positions are accessible. -Collaboration is common, and the organization is filled with smart people. -HR and recruitment team were easy to work with through onboarding, even helping with my visa transfer quite competently...
Cons
-Better initial training needed- especially for those coming from outside of the Fintech domain. -Vacation package could be slightly better. Most can only reach 20 days after obtaining VP level. No upward movement in vacation days until then.
