Cons
Company is agile and fast moving. Goals and milestones are being reached, and new technologies are being mastered as fast as they are released. For those that prefer the old-style of doing IT, or those that are afraid of accountability and the leeway to fail or succeed based on your own actions, this may not be for you. For those looking for an 8-5, sit in chair, and punch a time clock making little difference, this may not be for you. You can't be afraid of learning, trying, and applying bleeding edge solutions. That is not for everyone, and that is ok.
