Pros
Good salary and benefits considering the simplicity of the work.
Cons
(UK specific) Due to the individual approach of each business unit, the company is rife with poor leadership and lack of direction. The UK unit in particular is held back by old views and methods, which severely affects sales performance and potential. Poor choice in managers leads to a lack of development opportunities, and an uncaring attitude from staff. Not willing to take chances or work with new products, stick to what they know only, which leads to a lack of business. No acknowledgement of staff commitment or effort. Overall a greedy company which is more interested in getting as much money out of the customer as possible, rather than providing good customer service and create potential for repeat business.
