Easy work for higher pay than most factories in the area.
Cons
Once I became Team Lead and became privvy to all of the nonsense within upper management, I began to push back on decisions and eventually tried to get Corporate HR involved. Which they took advantage of Illinois "at-will" status and fired me before I could whistleblow.
