Great First Job - Anonymous employee Fletcher CSI Employee Review

I started working at Fletcher/CSI after graduating college. Though it was not the field I had studied, I found that by working for a company which deals in many diverse industries has allowed me get a better understanding of the professional world. I found that the work-life balance was very good, with some days being short to compensate for the days I spent doing work after hours. Working at Fletcher/CSI allowed me to gain the necessary skills needed to work in a professional capacity.
