Pros

I would say benefits, but those were slashed without an announcement earlier this year.

Cons

Workload/headcount incredibly unbalanced. Pays almost all personnel about 20% lower than market value. Zero accountability for those who slack off. People who show effort/work ethic usually get abused. Often expected to work after-hours for exempt employees, often told to do the work of non-exempt employees during this time since they don't have to pay them overtime. Direction shifts almost every 3 months, leaving people with no motivation as their work they have done often becomes irrelevant. Cheaps out on almost all applications that the business uses but expects them to work like top of the line products. Lots of blame shift from management to workers. Lack of transparency between departments as well as management causes several issues All of this has created an incredibly toxic work environment. I'm pretty sure there isn't a single person below a director's position who isn't looking for another job at this point. The morale here is at an all time low. Also, in the years I have been here, there has been a new CEO almost every year. Just stay away from FleetPride.

Pros

Benfits good thats about it

Cons

The company runs old software and old hardware and HR doesn't do anything they go tell the manager whatever you said and also any input you gave to them. I been mention since i got the job to add a scanner to inventory becauae the way we store product is outdated and so many things becoming missing and so many problems happens that shouldn't be happening in a warehouse it should be hallse free but its not the amoujt of manual labor you do the pay is not worth it at all . Even for Sales a scanner would be helpful for inventory and the warehouse guys because pen and paper and a marker. Its not effective at all. A warehouse guy will be there all day doing 6 to 10 pallets of products unorganized writing the bin location of where it goes. Which is wild. Not like they cant afford it. They spend millions on the website. If they care about sales and money they know what they need to do Also the pay is not good at all. Its really like 500 a week can't live off that Promotions are almost none existence Asking questions and finding better ways to do things don't get any light They just want you to listen like a robot with no input question and etc..
