Fleapo does many things that other companies can’t match.

Cons

Flawless project planning. Everything looks perfect until a “priority feature” pops up out of nowhere and torpedoes the whole thing.

Good Pay and a very competitive environment

Cons

No planning/Poor planning/ Poor Estimation for project Management. Had to work even weekends and sunday's while also pulling 12+ hours for 5-6 months just to make the app stable. and were let go after the project completion
