Pros

It was the first IT-company for me and I appreciate this nice opportunity and experience! - I enjoyed warm and friendly environment there. There were a lot of great moments with team (team building, corporate events and so on) - Supportive atmosphere& transparency & openness in communication with CEO and within the team. - Nice place to work with an amazing work-life balance and flexible approach.

Cons

- Some processes are not configured yet... but at the same time you can take the initiative and organize some for yourself!:)

Pros

A good company to work in and a really cool product. Teammates always ready to help if needed and an overall friendly atmosphere. Flexible working options (office, WFH) and working hours. Attentive attitude to the workers. Team building activities.

Cons

The company's product requires expertise in several technologies, so it will be difficult for a novice engineer.
