Location, coworkers, flexible work schedule - even though I was laid off, the executive director played a strong role in helping me find employment and I am truly grateful for that. This does not happen often when you are laid off.

Recently laid off due to adjustments at the firm. Better communication needed among the staff and administration. A lot has changed since I started there five years ago, not so much for the better, but I know they are striving to correct this.
