Pros
-Extremely flexible work day
-Technically, there is no pay cap
Cons
I was planning a move to the city and was willing to take whoever would hire me first and Flashmob was that company. I'll echo that the interview process felt rushed and vague. I specifically remember asking the interviewer to tell me what I would do on an average day here and he told me "Well, that's hard to say," which was an odd response for such a straightforward question. I speculate that this company seeks out individuals with little to no sales experience because they don't know any better. For those interested in the junior broker position, don't go here. The pay is commission only meaning you can work for 8+ hours in a day and have nothing to show for it. The job often requires you to drive for up to an hour to make sales pitches to local businesses and there is no reimbursement for gas. Lastly, the office is very, very small so if you have a coworker you don't get along with you don't really have any options.
