Hey there, thanks for taking the time to write this.
As I hope you’ve heard, we’ve made some serious changes across our sales org over the past couple of months.. While it took time for the changes to take effect, we are now well on our way to an all star sales team. To get there, we dramatically corrected our quota expectations per AE and per SDR, hired a new sales leadership team which is focusing on coaching through positivity, teamwork & learning, we’ve created a new Sales Enablement function to support our sales people, and we’ve invested our COO with the responsibility to oversee our sales team (with CS and Delivery).
