I'm getting to learn about ALL aspects of the business. All the executives here are very approachable and encourage all of us to speak to them about anything in the company. Our service is solving a very big problem in the digital marketing space, so companies are very open to learning about our service. Deals can be closed.. Hitting quota on a regular basis can be done.. I know this because I've done it and have seen it done. I have been here since August 2016. Great work / life balance.. They get it and respect if you have a family / kids and all that comes with that. Company is in high growth mode, so the opportunity for advancement or movement within the company exists.
Cons
Ramp up time is quick.. You're on quota after one month.. Not a con, but you need to be ready. You don't get commission paid until the customer pays.. So, you need to stay on them (the customer) to pay.. This is starting to improve however and I suspect will change
