Pros
FlashStock has been on a crazy hockey stick growth curve since it's inception. It's a really solid company to start a career with or to get yourself into an exciting rhythm. I've been with the company for almost 3 years and have seen this thing go from 6 --> 12 --> 100 people within that time frame. Problems are really tough ones because you're trying to build a scalable model as it relates to creative content, and you have to be able to please the brand stakeholders, as well as the contributor network. Highly recommend checking it out.
Cons
Due to our unique business model and the fast-paced nature of the marketing tech space, our go-to-market strategy and implementation is extremely aggressive. Because of that, some folks that don't share the same sense of urgency may not be able to handle it here. I would say that if you would not consider yourself a hustler and does not live off of the thrill of constant change/innovation, that it may not be the best fit.
