Highly recommended place to work for - Product Sourcing FlashFomo Employee Review

Flashfomo is such a great place to work at. It was an amazing place for people who like to learn and create. I definitely learned a lot about tech and business while working there as a Data Science intern. CEO David is an amazing leader, he brought us to a few industry events to let us have a much wilder network connection and a better understanding of the industry. He respects everyone's idea (even though some ideas were really not that great), and always give us useful feedback on our work. CO-Founder Jasmine is an expert in Client Services & Project Management. I was always impressed by her incredible management skills. She was such a nice person and gave me very good advice on my future career planning. Project Manager Pheobe was the one kept everything in order! She always has a smile on her face. I like to ask a lot of question and she always answered them very patiently. I enjoyed my time at Flashfomo very much. I definitely would like to come back again if I've got a chance in the future!

The office coffee machine was always not working:(

I have worked with FlashFomo subcontracting as a graphic/product designer since their launch in early 2019. Having fairly extensive contracting experience in a variety of industries, I would not hesitate to recommend FlashFomo as one of the best companies I have ever contracted for. They have always been extremely friendly and easy to work with. The projects I have worked on have been varied and interesting, and more importantly, fun! (Which is not something you can say very often as a freelance designer). The briefs provided by FlashFomo have always been detailed and clearly communicated, while simultaneously flexible, allowing for creativity. I have always felt free to provide feedback, and have found that the FlashFomo team respects professional opinions and are willing to take suggestions, enabling an effective creative partnership. While the FlashFomo team displays a high degree of professionalism, they're also enjoyable to work with. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel like part of the family!
