I heard that one of their initial founders was big on "People first" and truly lived it, but since he left that only remained a slogan ... Culturally there are so many things wrong and the current leadership does not see it / does not have the capability to improve it as they do not really believe in a people first culture, will not share more details here I found it also very concerning how they spoke about customers and the language that has been used
