Often understaffed for the scale of work expected to be performed and level of customer service they expect to be held as a 'luxury' retailer. Staff are often overworked and blamed for issues that are produced by the inefficient systems the organisation has in place. Wages are low compared to other companies occupying similar positions in the market. Zero Hour contract provides a false sense of flexibility.
