      If you have a good manager, your work is appreciated and you are supported. Good commute. Great hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      Senior management does not respect working personnel. Continues to hire too many high priced, senior executives but unwilling to hire workers for understaffed teams. Too many layoffs.
