      Some great people to work with. That’s about it.

      Cons

      They do not care about you. Ever since Signature Bank was bought by Flagstar, this has been one huge mess. Overworked with no career growth/ opportunities to advance.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
