Great Company to work for. Lots of potential to grow and advancement within the company. Competitive pay with other financial institutions and opportunity for incentive pay (if you work hard for it)
Cons
Middle management tend to micro manage you a lot and don't empower you to lead the way you see best. its their way or the highway.
