      Coworkers are nice to work with

      Cons

      Management sucks they micromanage everything and hold you accountable for everything with lack of training. Pay is VERY LOW for anything that you do and they try every way to not give you the little bonus they offer. They do a massive hiring to do massive firing/layoffs

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
