      recent merger could be a plus, but merger is not complete bringing the 2 companies together.

      Cons

      10+ years behind the industry in technology, security, processes, and competitive products & services. Very possible more layoffs/staffing cuts to come as time progresses closer to 2024. (tons of cuts recently with mortgage line of business and closures of many offices around the country)

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
