Great job to take if you want to leave the restaurant industry - General Manager Flagship Restaurant Group Employee Review

These guys have no idea what they’re doing. They’ve taken multiple amazing concepts that won awards and turned them into restaurants that are constantly in the red and suffer from poor reviews. Their egos let them believe they are right about everything. They’ll act as if they’re listening but in reality they nearly always have their mind made up before hearing anyone else out, and their decisions in the past few years have proved to be poor. Many of them are good people but I’m so glad I don’t work for these morons anymore.
